Good value central location hotel

I liked the room, helpful staff and breakfast as well as being central, close to tunis markets and street cafes. Also felt very safe and secure inside and outside. Very good value too.

Only minor grumbles: There wasnt good view from the room i was in, But being central within the city makes up for all that.

Rooms were good. Location is exactly at the city center. However, don't expect a good view from the window. The options for breakfast were quite less.

Very Good

The location is great, you are in the heart of the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast has a very small selection, but for the price it is on par. The aircons in the room aren't that great. I stayed at the hotel on 2 separate occasions and both rooms had the same problem - luckily I was there in October and not August.

Solid, would choose again

Solid three-star hotel in a central location. 24/7 check-in desk, big room, good bed, clean and bright bathroom, reasonable breakfast. We stayed only 1 night, but it was a good choice for our needs. Very short ride to the airport too!

Some streets around the hotel were blocked off by police or military. We got a Bolt to the hotel, but the driver dropped us off in such a way that we needed to walk around a whole block. If you want to get super close to the hotel by taxi, use this address: Rue 18 Janvier 52 16, Tunis

Generally good hotel

Big room at a good price, comfortable bed, decent breakfast selection, great location near the railway station, TGM and Medina, there's also a really good gym 10 min walk away

The air conditioning controller in the bedroom was wired in backwards somehow, and you had to open and close a window to make it start... odd. The attempts by staff to get it working led to me going to bed late.

Good stay in the heart of the city

In the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good. Overall a good choice for a stay in the city center.Very clean rooms.The lady managing the breakfast room was very helpful and super active.

Bathroom shower was leaking water in the room. Maintenance work was going on , so was impossible to sleep in the afternoon. No view from the rooms. Relatively expensive for what it offers. Room wasn't ready by 2 pm our checking time.

Good stay in Tunis

The hotel was just ok. The bed was comfortable. They arranged my taxi to the airport and also came knocking on my door in the morning to make sure I get up on time.

WiFi was not fast enough to stream Netflix.

The man at the reception asked us at arrival if me and my husband were married, we said yes but it wasn't enough for him, so at midnight, after 3 hrs delayed flight I had to find our marriage certificate ( Very disrespectful -I felt like a liar ) and he insisted for us to pay straight away, even we had no chance to exchange money yet. All other hotels we normally stay never asked us to pay at night, there is always next morning Also there is no parking (unless you pay and quite far) and you can't even unload your luggage outside the hotel So for less mobile person is not good at all. Rooms are nice, bar staff was very nice Overall I wouldn't like to go back

1. Staff are great, do their best to make you feel at home. 2. It's not a 5-star hotel, so don't think that this is what you're getting. If you're aiming for 3-star, this fits right in. 3. Rooms are clean 4. Air conditioning works and it relatively quiet 5. Beds are hard (that's a positive for me - I know that may be a negative for others) 6. Easy to walk to medina/souk from there If I were in Tunis again - I'd stay again.

I liked the room it was very comfortable, staff were not helpful as it took me ages to check-in even though there was only one person before me. Food at the restaurant was very good.
